Within the Omega Pharma sales team you are encouraged to run your account like it was your own business. There is a great deal of autonomy and independence put in the hands of the account managers, making us very flexible and agile when new opportunities appear. We have a wide support network in other functions that are on hand to help deliver our objectives, and are all equally focused and committed to deliver our joint vision.
Complete ownership of your P&L
In previous roles at some of the larger FMCG companies there were only a small number of levers that could be pulled to drive growth and very little exposure to the full P&L. Here you will be given responsibility and visibility of all areas of your own P&L as well as detailed insights into the complete company P&L. Although there are a variety of commercial guidelines to help direct you, every member of the sales team is encouraged to challenge these to ensure everything we do is innovative and highly tailored to our retailer’s needs.
Sales is more than just delivering numbers
Naturally as a sales function there is a significant focus on turnover, but at Omega we are encouraged to go a lot further. Account managers are given the freedom to lead conversations on account strategy and bring these ideas to fruition. People are actively encouraged to create their own legacy within the business and this can manifest itself in any way you desire.
